How do i keep my kitten from scratching a cut on her back?

My kitten got a scratch on her back and keeps scratching it and making it worse. How do i keep her from scratching it?

poofbagel May 2, 2009 at 10:20 am: I had that problem. I put some paper tape (to wrap ankles for like athletic trainers) around his paws. But make sure you put gauze on first or it’ll really hurt him when you take it off. Maybe clip his nails a little and make sure the tape goes over those nails.
Scott H May 3, 2009 at 3:42 pm: There is a plastic piece that looks like a funnel that you can put over the cats head. If you don’t want to go buy that, try a tight shirt. The kittie will hate both though
