How do you get circulation back in your toes?

by admin on March 31, 2010

My sisters toes are constantly red, if they’re not purple. She doesn’t know what is wrong with them. I was wondering if it could be that there is no circulation in her toes? If it is, is there any way to get the circulation back in her toes? Her wedding is coming up and she would like her toes to be normal colored! Anything will help. Thank You!

she needs to see a Vascular Specialist. does she wear pointy-toed shoes? that could be the problem.

healthy diet, exercise, no smoking, no caffeine (with a wedding coming up those last to are probably impossible if she drinks caffeine and smokes already), massages, staying warm (the whole body), switch to wool or synthetic socks.

take niacin, eat more cayenne pepper, maybe arginine supplements, the exercise is key here. walking is really good because it gets the blood flowing to those extremities.

also maybe see a doctor to make sure she doesn’t have any peripheral vascular issues or cardiovascular.

If she is wearing a big gown no one will see her toes.
