My 10 yr old yorkie has raised bumps on her back which are very itchy. What can I do to help her out?

They are raised patched on her lower back. She is consistently scratchy them. I am currently using a medicated shampoo from the Vet. But there has to be something else I can do for her for relief. She has got to be miserable. I need suggestions please and thank you.

try taking her mind off it like giving her treats or cover a blanket over them it would kind of stop it O_o

try peroxide it takes away the redness and allows to dry the affected area or u can try an itching spray from petco or petsmart if it continues go back to the vet good luck bye!

i would get special shots and better medicine if they continue 2 rise and don’t go away i a week or so, i would suggset POSSIBLE surgery =’[

you can give benedryl at 1mg per pound of doggie weight every 8 hours. You can also add omega 3’s 6’s to your dogs food, they come in liqui-cap form…just poke it and squeeze it on. It’s great for the skin. There are also alot of natural home remedies for dog itchies at the link below….
