hehe I just noticed they changed the intro to have Dick Sargent’s caricature. I miss the old Darren and the old Ms. Kravitz. Definitely miss the clumsy Aunt Clara.

This Darrin is more believable as Mrs Stephens’ son, I think.

Look at Tabitha’s toys: Snoopy, Lucy, Peter Potomus, Rhichoet Rabbit, Sneezly and Breezly, ect.

Ratings began to slide from the top ten to twenty to thirty to below top thirty after Sargent became the new Darrin. I always thought he was too gruff and uptight to be in Dick York’s shoes.

The beginning of the End !!! They should have gotten someone better than Durweed Sargent.

A handful of episodes copy “Lucy” plots. That’s because Liz Mont’s hubby, Bill Asher had worked on “…Lucy”. Ex. ‘Samantha’s Power Failure’ Serena and Uncle Arthur get jobs at a banana ice cream parlor, and it’s a nod to the famous
:Job Switching” episode from “Lucy”
Amazing that these two shows, that, otherwise have nothing to do with each other
can have similiar storylines.

I accept that Dick York was 1000000 times better than Dick Sargent but averyone need to understand that for medical reasons Dick York couldn’t continue with Bewitched and when Bewitched cast was forming Dick Sargent was the first idea that the productors thought for Darrin but he can’t because he was filming a movie in that time

I totally agree with you. I liked Dick York

When Samantha says, “You’ll be disappointed if it’s not a boy” and “I guess all men want to see themselves running around” is nod to I Love Lucy. It’s almost word for word.

I love this Darrin (played by Dick Sargent), esp. when he can be so rude & sarcastic.

Some may disagree with me, but I dislike this Darrin
